The Pakistan Army then launched several drones and missiles targeting Indian military camps and civilian settlements, but the air defence systems of Indian Army neutralised them in large numbers.

Speaking after Operation Sindoor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that it reflects India's new policy against terrorism and our unshakeable commitment to justice. If any misadventure is attempted by Pakistan in the future, he warned, India would act resolutely.
